This course is for training the support personnel needed by the IT industry. has been designed to help delegates understand how to become an IT specialist and learn the vital techniques, some basic procedures, tools, applications, and duties of an IT Service Desk Analyst to fulfill this role.
In this course, you learn a lot of tips & tricks to improve Service Desk performance. You learn Incident and Request classification, and specific features of performing major Incident resolving. You learn and practice on creating Incident and Request models for certain types of user calls. While Monitoring/Event management studies You learn the best practices of building-in monitoring tools in an IT service, types of events, and their management of them.
